Just finished 11/23/63 (the series) and thought it a quite poignant take on the dangers of desiring to change the past and the wisdom of approaching life through the bird’s-eye lens of philosophy of history instead. One of the few King shows that lives up to the novel!

The public execution of two peaceful, caring, public-minded US citizens by ICE in the streets of Minneapolis this month is the lowest my government has stooped in my lifetime. I can only pray for justice and hope the conscience of our country will recalibrate in the wake of these awful martyrdoms.
