I think Kentucky is winning because nine Lexington residents in the past week have asked their library to add my book. Athens five
A view over the Auckland skyline, looking towards Queen Street and the Sky Tower. Itβs is dusk, the clouds are moody, lights are coming on, and there is just a hint of intense colour in the sky on the horizon (between those moody clouds).
We have a room with a view.
shout out to the man who just teared up in front of me because the book he was reading hit him deep in the heart
Don't worry, I'm ok. I am just yapping about professionalism and whatever because I have no jobs past October and my iPad is breaking and I have no money for a new one and... I know the creative industries is bad right now, but also what if I suck at art and everyone hates me (I don't, but what IF-)

Just a short two mile walk to this observatory on The Isle of Harris.
Beautifully scenic walk beyond the observatory.
Finally rewarded with sighting of a Golden Eagle soaring way up above the hillside.
Just home from our first holiday on the stunningly beautiful Isle of Harris. Lots of fabulous walks including one to The Harris Golden Eagle Observatory where we were rewarded with a sighting of one soaring way up high.

Just got a royalty statement for my write-to-survive advice book Never Say You Can't Survive and...
...wow, this book is still selling really well. Makes me so happy to think of it out there giving people encouragement, even on days when I myself can barely get outta bed. :)
My absolute kryptonite on here is writers, especially poets, but also regular writers. Talk about your books! Even your older ones! I may not know them yet!
Lauren Bacallβs first memoir, βBy Myself.β
Adding this one to the reading stack.
Have we ever debated what groups of cryptids are called?
Here are my suggestions:
-A Prophecy of Mothmen
-A Talltale of Jackalopes
-A Bunion of Bigfoots (feet?)
- A Prickle of Cactus Cats
- A Non-herd of Not-Deer
- A Conifer of Jersey Devils
- A Sob of Squonks
- A Creep of Fresno Nightcrawlers
