Hey folks, had a bit of an asthma flare up so I'm taking a little breather before deciding if I'm up for streaming or not tonight, so please bare with me on this. I might be fine, or I might need to go to bed.

This just released. CRAB.
First one was great, really enjoyed it. Made the decision to get #2 when it came out.
Yes its early access currently but $25 is a steal for this game!
Listen to Casey!
Y'know how it seems like so many critics get pushed to the tops of algo feeds via their negativity? Support the critics who Don't Do That.
Casey is the patron saint of gaming joy and a HUGE net positive to the medium. Invest in a future with more of that in it!
Speaking of being terrible at promoting myself, did you know I have a Patreon, and little Discord community you can join? It'll help me pay the bills and afford more games!

In case you missed it, I added Slay the Spire 2 to my curator page
app where you can ask trans people about their hobbies

Corpus Edax, really cool immersive sim and a passion project that I really wish more people give a chance to play it.

Three panel comic. Panel 1: three witches stand around a cauldron while one of them stirs. Panel 2: one of the witches adds a scoop of pre workout into the pot. Panel 3: the three witches are getting absolutely shredded in the gym.
Funnily enough, you hit the nail on the head why I won't name and shame, said this a while back. Can't shame the shameless.
One game I wasn't sure about had a demo, so I gave it a try and yup, now 99% certain backgrounds are AI. This tech is very effective at wasting my time.
The reviews searched over 12,000 references. They screened 547 full-text papers for inclusion. They included 17. That's a 96.9% exclusion rate at full text. 530 studies were relevant enough to survive initial screening, then rejected by the review criteria. 6/10 reviews found 0 included studies.
Ooh, which three?
Oooh I remember being intrigued by this one, and then promptly forgot about it.
I am once again asking you to play Unsighted. Trust me, it's something very special indeed.
I'll give it a look if I get a chance later ;)
Awesome! It's free here on Itch. It's very inspired by Lucio Fulci movies and Italian inspired Japanese horror movies like Evil Dead Trap
Its also inspired by OSR ttrpgs so dying a lot is kind of part of the loop.

Well, I'm intrigued

I miss good old asset flips
Thanks so much Jenny you're the best agent a guy could ask for, they all book me as soon as you launch the game and we work fast to get it recorded and patched in as you experience it. I'd give you a cut but I spent it all on official body pillows of my own guys. Anyway enjoy Anthro Heat
A recent Atlantic column claimed society is allegedly "transing" effeminate boys. For my @xtramagazine.com column this month, I wrote a rebuttal using my own experience as a young, closeted trans girl. xtramagazine.com/power/identi...

I've been playtesting Sparrow Warfare for a long time now, so I'm always up for weird experiments. I went a bit wild with this one and may have made too many bombs lol
Thanks for the laughs @neonaurelius.bsky.social π
New video is on The Sinking City. An open world Lovecraft horror detective game where you navigate through a flooded town besieged by creatures, gangsters, and the KKK.

I played the demo of Pluto during the Steam Nextfest, and it was a particularly fascinating roguelike deckbuilder, with a very unique artstyle, it just released now and folks might wanna give this a look if that demo was anything to go by, utterly unique.

PLAY SLAY THE SPIRE 2 ITS SO GOOD
This game deserves more time in the spotlight. One of the weirdest, most experimental things in the roguelike design sphere.
There's a lot of games out there that just stick with tried-and-tested formulas with a minor twist. We should spotlight the creative stuff.
Also, Filcher.
I wanna do a video about this game, it's pure Thief worship
Hear me out...
Univerally praised games are neat enough, but nothing hits quite like something unpopular that speaks to *you*.
So show-and-tell: Link and Explain a game that's UNDERRATED (sub-500 user reviews), UNDERRATED (sub 80% score) or BOTH (ideally!) that is near and dear to your heart.
