It looks more sedimentary, probably in the limestone family and made of calcium-like sediments. That's My best guess considering the powdery nature of it. Can you try putting a drop of white vinegar on it and seeing if it forms bubbles after a while?

The clear amber stalks of Didymium
Tiny umbrella-shaped Didymium growing along the edge of a leaf
It has been a while since I posted. Been busy, but still up to fun stuff!
Here are some Didymium slime molds to keep you entertained for a bit. 100x magnification, 5MP focus stacks. Working on a better quality setup!

I am unfamiliar with fungi in Poland past the genus level. Searching known reports in Lublin, I found two known species there: amethystina and laccata. This looks a bit more unique than either of those. I would make an observation for it on iNaturalist.

To be fair, there are more locally-run AI generators now... Such as Stable Diffusion, which runs/computes on your own devices, even without an Internet connection. Someone running that isn't poisoning wildlife even 1/1000th as much as someone making a single post from their smartphone onto FB.

Something like less than 1% of all mushrooms fall into the category of edible, poisonous, hallucinogenic etc. Most are just inert.
But, you should treat the situation of your animal eating mushrooms as if they are all poisonous.

There are thousands of accounts like this that are not legitimate. Scammers that profit off of others misfortunate situations. For every 1 legitimate person seeking help, there are 100, maybe 1000 scammers. Pardon the mistrust, but that's how things are.
