Headed into 2026 like…
Tomorrow. City takes on Palace. But more importantly, @mancityphoenix.bsky.social takes on hunger as we donate to St. Mary’s Food Bank! We’re accepting canned goods and donations! See you at The Kettle Black, the best pub in the land and all the world! COME ON CITY!
Tomorrow. @mancityphoenix.bsky.social
A day of conflicting emotions for City fans. Gundo and Ederson leave, having delivered a UCL and several PLs. But a new era is underway with Donnarumma.
Aston Villa are doing it for the love of the game
Does anyone know how to use City+ on an Apple TV? Curious before I buy.
I guess we’re back?
It’s not pizza. It’s a casserole.
Considering what I’ve seen the past two years, it’s probably for the best.
I think I’m too old to get this lol
David Lynch?
Now I don’t like you again! Jose what are you doing to our friendship! Lol
I don’t like you today Jose hahaha
I’ve never met a city FAN I didn’t love. But the politics aren’t great with the club.
Could be from second-hand information too. I'm just reporting what I hear J. I retract my initial point about the tickets. You guys are right about the prices. I concede. I'm not saying that sarcastically either. but from MY spot, I heard a lot of international blowup from late UCL matches.
And what I've been told by people who I've sent to matches, the complaints have come on away days and UCL days.
and like I said, they'll never put the genie back in the bottle and roll back ticket prices if the team goes belly up and the stands are half-full...
You're right. It's not. And if anything I've learned covering baseball is that ticket prices don't mean dick in covering the cost of maintaining a sports franchise. So I'm backing off.
I've dealt with different issues and complaints as the chair of an OSC whose vice chair still works with his OSC in England.
I suppose an argument can be made that prices will never be rolled back, but at the same time, the queue is a mile long behind the person who doesn't want to pay 800 quid for season tickets. These are the same fans that gate keep against us Americans.
I don't think one extra viewer tuned in saying "Oh, Tom Brady's on the game?"
Prior to yesterday's game, only one player in NFL history had scored a touchdown in the Super Bowl on his birthday. Yesterday was Saquon Barkley's birthday. He was NOT the Eagle who scored a touchdown on his birthday yesterday. Bet ya didn't see that coming.
