Cried off work today cause I threw my guts up overnight having been out to dinner for the 1st time in a while. I just can't drink. 1 cocktail on the cruise in Feb and I threw up. Last night I had a Bailey's cocktail. My Mini kidney is dictating the deal. Gotta look after her. She's on her own.

I moved to Australia in 2011. As a psych nurse, I see the trauma of the families of the First Nations people on a regular basis. The governments have worked hard to apologise in the form of policies and support. But there's a lot of mistrust and pain. It's all being played out right now in the US
