Finally looked at my subscriptions in Youtube. Purged a ton on there. Will be curious to see how long that takes to influence what is on my homepage.

Holy crap at things I almost certainly shouldn't buy... www.fangamer.com/products/cel...
And, of course, the day that I give up on my meds getting refilled and buy some grapefruit juice, my meds get refilled. Yay!
I really really hate the idea people seem to have that you can magically increase the stock of housing by literally 1000x and have it not crater existing stock and somehow magically self sustain itself.
I confess constant hand wringing by pundits on how they don't like Newsom is getting obnoxious.
Finally watched Wake Up Dead Man. I think the overall series leans a bit too heavily on terrible side characters; but this one did a wonderful job centering on the mains in a lovely way.
Oh dear. Got my first progressive lenses in. Legit getting a small amount of motion sickness... :(
Was fun to watch. If a touch too relatable for how so many conversations on this go. Of course, for a lot of us, it isn't just parents. Peer groups are running the same way.
It certainly feels very telling of where that base was headed. :(
Sure, I could have just gotten a radio in the office. Much more fun to get an rtl-sdr device and start playing with that.
And if you missed an episode, oops. :D
So, I wanted to make it so that my computer completely powers down all USB when I shutdown. Turns out, that also disables the box's power button. :(
Learning to code while standing has taken far longer than I would have expected.
Bring it to Bainbridge! :D
Updated to the latest Pop OS. Is funny how things look just a touch different. Curious how much of that is pure expectations.
Is social media basically answering how bad we would be informed it The Enquirer was pumped directly to everyone's personal phone? Nobody would have thought that would be a good idea. RIght?
I'm curious how folks are going to cover the WB craziness. On the one hand, obvious corruption. On the other hand, big tech.
Seeing a new attack against tech companies being that it is all ads is frustrating. Not for lack of truth to it, but this isn't unique to tech. Soap operas being easy examples for TV. Just look through a magazine and count the ads. For real fun, look into revenues from billboards.
A good example that what doesn't kill you doesn't necessarily make you stronger. :(
My kids can't read cursive. Which means my kids can't read anything I write. Yay.
Happy to see the hot dog fairy got included!
Ok, it is odd seeing that CostCo Connections seems to be a full publication. I confess I thought it would just be a product catalog. Nope, recipes, travel recommendations, etc.
I'm a little concerned that the saying that people look a lot like their pets fits in this picture of me...
Had another excuse to listen to this video. youtu.be/gbwLkuxORdY Such an fun topic covered in a very nice way.
Oh my. Decided to move back to native resolution on my main monitor. So many pixels....
Ok, the substack "notification" bell on standard sites appears to be completely broken for me. Bad enough that it never loads, it also seems to freeze up the frame I'm on. Lovely stuff.
And, really, I do not understand why looking down is both obviously bad for your neck, and also what had to have been the norm before computers... At least for "desk" jobs.
Is frustrating to know something is wrong when I realize I've spent any time at all worried about my desk setup. :(
Litter Robot is tracking about as well as folks at CostCo said it would. They claimed you could basically not touch it for a month. I'm assuming they had a single cat, and it is looking like this thing will fill in about a week with four.
The excitement that fellow shoppers at CostCo had for the Litter Robot was impressive.
