Also, why would your old employees that quit originally wanna come back? What do you expect out of that? If they are not gonna come back, then they either have found a much better job, or there's a reason why they are avoiding you and you should check yourself on that.

From what I can assume is what some of my friends that worked management told me that corpos do this on purpose to make their businesses PR look good to states and also traffic data to look plush by lying/fooling people who are looking for a job. Oh, and your info too. Like a scam or something.

So what I don't get is like, if yah wanting your old employees back or expecting current employees to change positions cause it's "less paperwork and less time having to spend on training them" then why don't you fuckin' put that on the page where the application is? Instead of just copy pasting?
