One of my favorite episodes!
One of my favorite episodes!
Yes, it is Marush KA, even though she calls Darrin Mr. Steffens! She's possibly my favorite McMann & Tate client.
Lisa Kirk dubbed Rosalind Russell's singing voice in GYPSY --- that parts that required actual singing and not talk-singing.
Yes, the Sermon on the Mount is woke!
So many people who label themselves as "Christians" act and think in ways that completely go against the teachings of Christ in the scriptures they claim to follow. It makes you wonder which "Christ" they are following.

My blog post about the first episode of #BEWITCHED (which was also the pilot that Screen Gems used to sell the series to ABC) is now posted.

I recently purchased LAST DAYS on DVD at a used book & record store. It was only $1.99!
MY OWN PRIVATE IDAHO is one of those movies where the parts are better than the whole. River Phoenix gives one of the most emotionally raw performance I've ever seen in it. ELEPHANT is also a great movie.
It's probably my favorite Gus Van Sant movie.
The image with Rosalind Russell grabbing Howard (I can't think of the actor's name) is hilarious, especially the look on her face.
Melanie Lynskey was amazing in the Hulu limited series CANDY.

Okay, I finally, FINALLY started the blog about my favorite TV show of all-time: #Bewitched
I want to launch to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the date the first episode aired, but that didn't happen.
Anyway . . . here is my first post:

Yes, in was in Season 3 -- the season with Debra Winger.
Yes, I saw that movie a couple of years ago. I thought Dane DeHaan was really good as the son of Ryan Gosling's character.
I would read it!
I think you & I had a discussion about how who could play which characters if A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE was adapted into a movie today. My vote for Stanley Kowalski was Ryan Gosling.
I've never seen DOWNHILL RACER, but it has been on my watch list for years. I am a big fan of both Gene Hackman & Robert Redford.
What is mind-boggling is how people who claim to be "conservative" are cheering on Trump's policies that centralize government power.
That is so cool!
Yeah, she slept her way to the top . . . literally!
I discovered this movie for the first time a couple of years ago. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. It supposedly set in the Chicago suburb of Lake Forest, near where I grew up.
Yeah, we have to suspend disbelief but since the movies are so much fun I don't mind. Maybe they have wealthy parents?
Two great guys that I only know virtually.
One day I hope to make it to a TCM Film Festival!
Does THE MAN WHO CAME TO DINNER count as a Christmas movie?
If so, it is my favorite.
Yes, John Huston played the creep so well in that movie.
I was happy to see the Julianne Moore collection on Criterion this month.
THE HOURS is back! I want to share that one with my boyfriend.
"My sister, my daughter, my sister, my daughter . . ."
I've been wanting to see THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS in its entirety for a long time.
The dancing Aggies are cute.
I have a hunch that in real life most of them were more into each other than in Dolly's girls.
Great performances by Jean Simmons and Robert Mitchum in this movie.
The ending totally surprised me!
I'm looking forward to voting for you!
I feel bad for Peter Lorre when Mary Astor (off-screen) hits him with her shoe.
I love A SUMMER PLACE, but Sandra Dee's frumpy hairstyle in the movie is awful.
