At home sick for the last few days and decided to grind arena after the (lack of) bans. 35-5 with a couple different versions of Sunspine Red to get to #1 mythic! Surely it’ll hold all season :)

The best deck in Pioneer survived the Standard B&R! Excited for the the RC, if I wasn’t dead sick I’d stream and talk about the deck and my plans for it going forward/with TDM. Maybe next week!

Interacting more with more teams, there are less teams than ever that I’d like to be a part of if I wasn’t with Sanctum. I think the number has fallen from ~10 last year to only 3 now, and one of them is basically Sanctum by Proxy in System Magic

the team going without as much as a hiccup for the players, whereas other teams (Odyssey for example) will have to do massive restructuring due to the “oligarchy” that plagued their team leadership. Having multiple parties who all want the best for the players eliminates corruption (2/2)

I’m very happy that Sanctum’s administration is multifaceted. If something like Noah’s story came out about a leader of Sanctum (it won’t but bear with me), the team would likely not struggle much. We’ve got a core of admin members who care about the team and the players and who can keep (1/x)

i am confused why people play gruul over mono-red in standard right now, the matchups as mono red just seem all better across the board save the b/x midrange decks like golgari which make up marginal amounts of the metagame. pixie and domain are so much better with burn and lynx!!
