Baby Harrison/Harri. Why they spelled it with an 'I' I don't know. I can hardly talk though I suppose. Baby is in a crib wearing white and blue stripy top and a green blanket. He is asleep
Nephew is cute too, as far as babies go.

Ok day has improved immensely. My niece no longer just hides or glares at me. She finally likes me π₯Ί We played dolls and did colouring and I offended her with my lack of Frozen knowledge. Two months has made such a huge difference to her confidence π
Parents very clearly starting to go down the Reform rabbit hole. I should try and stop them but they won't listen and they get so aggressive I just can't deal with it. Something to file away next time they need dogsitting though I suppose.
At my parents as we're visiting the new arrival later. Everyone is stressed. I don't know why I ever expect anything different to be honest.
At the Abbey for an orchestral Radiohead tribute act. First time I've been in this building where the average age is below 60
mood:
There's been a few old demos come out recently and I feel like it's very much needed at a time where music can feel overproduced.
Sometimes I wake up at 4am and find something that makes it worth the future pain. Previously unreleased Fall Out Boy demos! www.reddit.com/r/FallOutBoy...
Labour MP Clive Lewis doesnβt hold back on the Gorton and Denton result in this interview with ITV
Nephew has arrived! He has no name yet. Family wasn't thrilled when I suggested all of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Because I'm clearly not busy enough, I seem to have agreed to become ticket person for the biggest of my choirs. So glad Messiah is a long time away.
It's true, we don't.
It begins.
I feel bad laughing but like, there is zero effort there π
I am increasingly taking a Stadler and Waldorf approach to world events
Probably, will make for interesting reading though
An incredibly lifelike illustration of Paddington Bear, official psychopomp to the British royal family, gently escorting a man in top hat and tails (carrying a Puzza Express takeout) to Belmarsh
Ok I have far too much to do today to spend more than 2 minutes on this but hereβs my political cartoon of the day, please enjoy
Saw Blue sky was giddy and thought *that* news had happened. As far as second place goes, it's not a bad result at all
Okay, this is quite outstanding from Bedford Council.
In that case she sounds about right for Reform.
Made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Really chilled compared to what I imagine Schiphol will be like later
I can't get over this bar. The clientele is mostly pensioners but the soundtrack has been Tenacious D and Puddle of Mudd. Feels like I'm in an alternate reality.
What a beautiful dog, must get away with murder with puppy dog eyes like that
Stepped into a 'rock pub'nwith skeletons on the walls and they're playing Ironic by Alanis Morisette. Their beer on tap is also called Sleepy Bulldog. I am a fan
I know I should relish these unexpected couple of days off of work but I know I am going to have to make up for it on the weekend to keep up. The march of the board paper waits for noone.
Arguably it's not for the UK so much as it is for the rest of the world (though it is good for listening to international news generally)
ICE using the same ruse that Ted Bundy used to kidnap people should tell you something.
...As if this wouldn't 100% happen in Britain if it even hit 0 degrees
Flight was cancelled due to poor weather but it's going to be -3 in Schiphol. It's been -9 here and everything (bar the tour boats, but only because the river is literally ice) has been functioning. Amateurs.
