I returned to art in my 40s. A child who loved to draw, whose passion was beaten out of him by an educational system determined to force everyone into a “proper job”. Was told that “if you must draw, become a designer, not an artist”. I did & hated every moment for 20+ yrs.
Now 51, drawing dragons.
