Made it to the Skyfall spot this weekend
Two firefighters resting, sitting on the plinth of the "Citizen Firefighter" statue.
Quite an image on the BBC live page (www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cd...; no photographer credited).
Sounds as if they've saved the station and the hotel, and more importantly, without loss of life.

So far my strategy for taking pictures of our cats is to sit very quietly, on my phone, pretending not to care, and when they strike a pose for a second, quickly launch camera and snap. Nothing else seems to be working.

It is me - CATIATOR!
Ruins of a roofless slate-built structure reclaimed by woodland, photographed on medium format film. Thick courses of dark grey slate form partially collapsed walls, heavily colonised by vivid green moss and ivy. Slender trees with moss-covered bark grow directly among and through the ruins, their bare winter branches spreading across the upper frame. Scattered slate fragments and dead leaves cover the ground. The overall palette is cool and muted, with the saturated greens of the moss providing strong contrast against the dark stone and pale overcast sky visible through the canopy.
