I still love how making these Art of Flora and Art of Fauna puzzles teach me more about the world!
For example, I discovered that the unit βcaratβ originates from carob seeds, which were historically used as counterweights.

I use Preview to convert them. There is even a quick action in Finder from Preview that allows doing it with multiple files at once. (You can also probably build an automation from that)
