I don’t know fam it feels like giving the government guardianship over unhoused veterans and forcing them into institutions might be bad.

It is not the dementia. It is that he doesn’t care about anything. It is complete ignorance and a sense that anything he doesn’t know is unimportant. It’s the narcissism. The dementia is why his speech is so weird and random. But his entire administration has the same level of basic incompetence.
