After 15 years of organizing for safer streets, our work has grown far beyond neighborhood greenways.

Our new name reflects a broader mission: making every Seattle street safer and more welcoming for people who walk, bike, and roll.

Dutch King cycles on Van Raam side-by-side tandem Fun2Go | Van Raam At the end of November 2019, King Willem-Alexander visited Stichting Fietsmaatjes in Warmond. He made a ride on the Van Raam side-by-side tandem Fun2Go.

My favorite photos of King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands are of him piloting Van Raam disability bikes. He looks so happy in all of the photos! The people he's riding with do too!

As a former airline pilot, the King really enjoys this way of serving people.

The main street through town holds buses, service vehicles, and people -- walking, on bike & cargo bikes.

Want a city that works? Invest in people, not their cars.

I think your description of the bikes everyday bikers ride, "comfort-style bikes", explains why people choose the bikes they do here in NL. They are comfortable!
