For those that think voting makes no difference in certain cities, states & districts, Mayor-elect Andy Thompson just won the Boca Raton election by 5 votes.
The incumbent GOP mayor won in 2018 with just under 64% of the vote, 89% in 2020, and ran unopposed in 2023.

Do not know O'Neill, but as a USian and baseball fan, I will be rooting for the DR on Sunday. I expect that things will get a little tense on the field and in the stands, especially if the DR starts kicking the USA's ass.
I remain very annoyed at the "actually everything is a war crime and every US government official is a war criminal" crowd because now that we have the actual pro-war crimes administration it's very hard to get people to understand that this is actually quite a bit different
Trump has shown nothing but depraved indifference to the deaths of Americans whether it is soldiers serving in his illegal war, peaceful demonstrators murdered by his Gestapo or his legislation that makes healthcare unaffordable for millions. We must fight back. Vote blue. Take back our country.

This seems very wrong from 1st Am perspective. Clawing the videos back from public view is a drastic step, and “the video makes me look dumb” is hardly compelling. Especially when the deponents were testifying about their exercises of extraordinary govt power!
