This one is a lot of fun. The audiobook was a joy and positively colored my reread of it.

It doesn't scale, it doesn't allow companies to offload power production as an externality for local governments. It also means they have to _pay_ for it, fuel, etc.
In short, it adds significant costs and time to creating a data center. Also, lots of pollution.
