The judge even took time as the beginning to be like "if you lie on the stand, you can be prosecuted for perjury" which is not something that you need to tell an Assistant US Attorney

Renfer: this was not a major motion such as summary judgment, it was a routine filing

Judge: that makes it all the more outrageous that you resorted to an AI tool and didn't check after it

Renfer: the document I filed was intended to be a draft. Once I came back from my vacation I did the final document.
