Tom had been invited to participate in That's My Jam but did not want to so it alone. So he asked Billy to join him for that. So their duo wasn´t assembled by TMJ production like the other one and they actually get along really well. I think that really showed on screen. They actually had fun 😂
It was. And when I told him I had spoken to Tom a couple of weeks earlier, he immediately said that Tom is such a nice and lovely guy. He said that a couple of times during our conversation (spontaneously) and it was clear they really got along well!
I actually had a chance to talk to Billy Boyd about Willard and it was clear that he loved the role because it gave him the opportunity to do something totally different. His words:"people are going to love this character" with a big smile and a wink.
