This has happened to me so many times and at this point I'm very wary with commissioning artists especially with my low funds. Probably lost hundreds due to this. It's really frustrating. I don't really commission much anymore.
Seeing more and more moots lately feeling bummed with that feeling of "this commission will never be delivered" bc of wishy washy artists. If you're an artist, please don't accept more comms than you can deliver. Don't open comms slots when you still have several on a waiting list.

So the fangs/pokladots/claws/pointy ears are the addition I've given his design - Bandersnatch-based, from the Tim Burton Alice.
His piercings are intentional - part of his arc in my AU is to accept the side of him that wants to look more punkish while still someday being an honor student.
