The funny part is, the media has actually really tried to provide positive coverage to the administration's war on Iran. It's just so disastrous that it's pretty much impossible to do so without being undisguised state propaganda.

It's a good thing we have the party of free speech in power. It's a good thing the corporate media knew who the real enemies of freedom were. College students who go to protests and LGBTQ people and allies who criticize JK Rowling.

Winter storm warning just got upped to a blizzard warning. I did grocery shopping today, so I don't have to leave the house for a couple of days, but I do worry about a power outage. Xcel energy does a good job keeping the power on when it's cold. Wind, that's a different story.

To be clear, even if he looked like an underwear model, it wouldn't be okay to call the bodies of trans kids "mutilated" I'm just saying a lot of people who say gross, insulting things about other's bodies are often people who really have no room to talk.

I don't think you should be commenting on anyone else's bodies if you show up in public looking like a grocery store rotisserie chicken that no one bought.

I'm still annoyed about that terrible War of the Worlds screen life remake. I love found footage horror and I love alien movies. Do you know how badly you have to screw up to get me to hate a movie that's both.

I don't even think people (including me) always know they're even doing it. It's like a reflex. An unhelpful one.

Seriously guys, if someone holds elected office, they are the establishment. No matter their politics. If someone is running for office, they are attempting to become part of the establishment. I know people think they sound cool, acting anti-establishment. Sorry. You're just a politics nerd.

Setting aside my dislike of how the word "establishment" has become a term for "any politician disagree with about anything or whose vibes I don't like" people in Minneapolis have known this for awhile. Ilhan Omar's constant primary challenges are 100$ not organic.
