As L.A. was a couple of months ago, D.C. is merely an excuse for Trump to continue normalizing the use of federal law enforcement and the U.S. military to police Democratic cities. The implications for local self-government, civil liberties, and the 2026 and 2028 elections are obvious and ominous.
So a nationally recognized Children's Hospital in DC is being bullied by Dictator trump and his regime - none of whom know anything about medicine, about gender science or about child development - and the hospital is abandoning its patients as a result.

Robert F Kennedy Jr is not a vaccine skeptic. Reporters and editors who’ve decided it’s somehow more fair to call him one instead of the anti-vaccine activist and lawyer he is should stop mischaracterizing him so… in the pursuit of accuracy.
