Thanks so much to everyone who submitted work, to the artists, volunteers, continuity announcers, workshop leaders and participants, and to all the artists who sent us their work from near and far.

Live in the studio at 3pm - Han with 'Response to Annie Mac's Tweet' A piece highlighting the specific and unique medium of radio - temporally homogenous yet spatially heterogenous, nodes in a network, and individual experiences becoming shared through audio.

It's the last day of our broadcasts for this edition of Radiophrenia but we still have lots of great radio to come - including new commissions, radio plays, live studio performances from Han and Ruaridh Law and sound pieces submitted to our open call. We'll be here up until midnight so stay tuned…

Set up for tomorrow night's Live-to-Air performances is underway - Hexacaidecagon have brought everything but the kitchen sink.

Live in the studio at 3pm, Nichola Scrutton / Zoe Strachan - Test-pitting - Their collaborative test-pitting practice gestures towards the archaeological process of delving into a site of enquiry to reveal layers gathered over time—fragmented artefacts, traces of presence.

Today at 12:30pm, Lia Kohl - 'Variations on a Topography', is constructed in stratified layers, each containing a recording of a full scan of the AM/FM spectrum from bottom to top and back down again.

On now, ‘Como é o som do Guaíba’ by Dundee-based Scottish-Portugese sound artist, musician and producer, SHHE. Made on residency in Porto Alegre in Brazil Kino Beat Festival, it explores the impact of May 2024 flooding of the River Guaíba - the worst flooding that Brazil had experienced in 80 years.

Today at midday - ‘A Line Drawn Downwards’ - a new commission by Hannan Jones and Murray Collier, part of Radiophrenia’s residency exchange with WORM Rotterdam.

The ground opens up, we fall inwards, the shifting rubble opens to ineffable depths. A world unseen, but heard into being...

At 6pm today - our daily Radiophrenia commission is 'Sonic Psychogeographies II' by Budhaditya Chattopadhyay - a radio work that takes a critical position against cartography and departs from its connections to colonial practices of mapmaking and imperial borders.

Live in the studio at 5pm, Clarry M with 'Daily Record' - using BeReal’s daily prompt as an approach to field recording Clarry recorded 30 seconds of whatever could be heard around her for the past 6 months in sequence.

6pm at the Old Hairdressers today - The Official Radiophrenia Phringe! (this is a live non-broadcast event).
