On this year’s long covid awareness day, I want more people to read and think about what the late Shafiqah Hudson said before it killed her. Because she was right, as usual, and also early, as usual. Perhaps too early for a lot of people to listen.

The appearance of empiricism, the suggestion of data, it’s what so much of our political system runs upon
they said it so much better and a million times more concise skdkflglg
Dude wrote a 173 page footnote on a marginally related topic, prefacing it with “I have omitted much that I would like to have said... [and] I have written much that few will read."
I HAVE FOUND MY PATRON SAINT
Colonizer mentality.
It demands intrusion.
"How many beautiful, gentle people have I helped to kill? Just by paying my TAXES?" written on some planks nailed to some two by fours that are leaning against a house.

I wrote some stuff about some very cool women in Baltimore.
Yes, I'm religious, I believe in the holy trinity.
#DIBLives Charles Boycott (b. #OTD 1832) believed Irish peasants were prone to idleness and required firm handling. Following an attempt to evict tenants he was subjected to the ostracism advocated by Parnell and the word 'Boycott' entered the English language. www.dib.ie/biography/bo...
There's some really BIG BIG egos at Target refusing to admit defeat and it just gets funnier as time goes on.
Like, what baffles me is can't you just take them to the store and exchange? Without him knowing. Why wear ones that don't fit?!?! Spine made out of crumbcake!
Wish we talked about this more. McArthur &... all and their atrocious behavior. My grandma talked about it... And the 1968 poor ppls campaign also occupied the mall in emulation, and honestly this was seminal, but we don't want ppl to know!

Most people rejected his message. They hated Freud because he told them the truth.
Despite the past decade of war, the Pentagon still struggles to adjust to the reality of asymmetric warfare. It was IEDs, not Chinese stealth jets or Russian state hackers, that created multibillion-dollar agencies that spend billions of dollars on armored trucks and explosives detectors. Technologically unsophisticated insurgents who built $100 bombs killed thousands of troops and pushed the U.S. into an arms race it could never win. The Pentagon never addressed the reason bombs had become so effective against its troops; it just wanted to build a better truck.

Okay if they want to go down that road then in the next Dem admin we will ruthlessly pursue off-label prescriptions, particularly of ketamine and testosterone, in the 20 wealthiest zip codes and among the 400 richest families.
Questions that demand answers! I think we blame dst.
Who hasn't in a moment of fury uttered the line:
"You will drink the black sperm of my vengeance."
I'd have quizzed Roger on all the quotables in that movie!
Number 3 explains the Russ Meyer connection. It was his whole ethos/pathos!
Really wonder if he ever reconsidered this take? It is not wrong, and maybe it's just my nostalgia, but was the movie that bad? (complimentary) Or should I watch it again?

We lost something when Ebert died. He was a critic-and he could be critical AF, but he was also a dude who just loved movies. Loving something often means you love the garbage as well as the gourmet. I feel like folks have forgotten that, today.
