I got a private deal on 3 Houston Wrestling programs from 1953, filled with autographs. Two were from Sept. 4, 1953. And ... I now appear to own two autos from Whiskers Savage.

Steve Johnson found some 1948 PAN wrestling magazines from LA and sent them out to the IWC historians on his list. There were some great Dizzy Davis pages within. Also, how would you like to meet for a drink at O'Mahoney's Irish Whip?

By Chris Quinn, Editor, cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer
A college student withdrew from consideration for a reporting role in our newsroom this week because of how we use artificial intelligence.
It reminded me again how college journalism programs are failing to prepare students for the workforce. I mentioned this in a column before, and readers asked me to explain
A conscientious journalism grad withdraw from a job when she learned the Cleveland Plain Dealer uses AI to write its stories.
Now the editor is castigating her and journalism professors for not being “prepared for the workforce.”
You can’t make this shit up.

Corpus Christi Sept 16, 1953. Jack Irwin is Ed McLemore's promoter in Corpus Christi during the Texas Rasslin' War. Moolah was a hit in Texas which may have extended the war. Corpus Christi was the one town where both promotions did well. Irwin had big crowds throughout. He got screwed in the end.

Trump Rages at Bad Bunny—and Accidentally Exposes a Big MAGA Weakness
MAGA’s hatred of the Super Bowl halftime performer reflects a hubris about what parts of the culture are “theirs.” But those assumptions are proving more wrong every day.
Trump is badly losing the war over ICE, not just on the streets, but also in the culture. As Bad Bunny shows, this has become a culture war unto itself. Trump-MAGA's initial hubris has been utterly deflated.
I've got fresh data illustrating the point. 1/
