Studying values first makes color theory a bit less daunting.

My former patient’s husband informed me yesterday that my patient passed unexpectedly. Presumably complications during surgery, not too long after her kidney transplant. It saddens me that she’s no longer with us. She was near and dear to me, another mom figure in my life. May she rest in peace. 😔

The only good thing about wearing glasses is sometimes I can take a break from seeing.

This is amazing it’s inspiring me to draw one for myself!

I agree that AI can be a great tool, but if left unchecked, it will continue to destroy the planet and humanity as we know it. Artists are not gatekeeping art from you. Most artists are self-taught. Creativity is innate within us and art is a skill that can be learned. Get a pencil and start drawing

Creativity requires humanity. The refusal to be creative is counter to a human’s nature. I truly believe Miyazaki when he said that we are nearing the of times with AI. While artists fight for protection, tech bros are lobbying to keep AI unregulated, all to make money off of other people’s labor.

i did a sort of mini-thread in someone's mentions about different pressure setting options in clip studio if anybody is curious haha. it's SO customizable, can help ease hand pain, make a brush work slightly differently in a perfect way, etc
