A great time to meet some new faces and good friends as well as listen to some interesting science!
It was a huge honour to have hard work recognised from my PhD and be one of the recipients of the Young Investigators Award this year!
Really pleased to share the main work from my PhD in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition!
A lot of work in this one featuring 10 days of complete diet provision and resistance exercise training in fantastic participants having muscle biopsies, ultrasounds, DXAs and blood draws to name a few!
Postprandial plasma amino acid and appetite responses to a low-protein breakfast supplemented with whey or pea protein in middle-to-older aged adults.
