You —
harbinger of heartache —
and me,
lacking lucidity …
two peas in a pod
rupture sod posing as our lawn
to rapture Mother Earth.

Sow some seeds soon
and call me.

If love blooms, how damn incredible
that we’d grow into something
irrepressible.

It became a nightmare because it can never be,
Why do you torment me,
Why do you make me see,
Dreams of being happy
Aren't meant for someone like me,
She was so beautiful

If you look in her eyes, Your soul will be hers, Deep in your heart, Where love is interred, Her smile is intoxicating, Throwing inhibitions into the breeze, Your love for her will be all consuming, Her beauty recalled with the greatest of ease, Her existence is etched into every inch of your mind, With every question that needs an answer it's her you'll find, You can never have her, Because fantasies are never real, She will never love you, And from this you'll never heal, You'll think that you touched her, But it'll be a terrible dream, She wants to be loved by someone better, A person you can never be, Dreams of love are nightmares stings, These are recurring realities of members of the Broken Things

as tipping scales overflow
with altered atmospheric rise
the cradles send forth
peaceful warriors
while death is shared
amongst an ever-loving humanity
stifled by the madness

I don't know why I have so mouch trouble recording my voice!
There's no one around, so I shouldn't be nervous about it.🤷 As soon as I try though, I get tongue tied and stuttery, i start to sweat like I'm in front if a crowd.

Any tips on overcoming this?

heart decayed, flayed,
measured and weighed,
labeled and properly displayed,
inferred, unheard,

i used to change oil, one day my boss says, Travis, when you started here, you couldn't drive a stick shift. now, youre just not any good at it😂🥳

i once got grounded for calling the psychic network a bunch of times😂

Today is the first event of 2025! So come out to Blue Springs for Naughty Narratives and Be Mine of Main for an incredible day of books and fun. I just know today is going to be an incredible day!

One thing I've noticed since I tried to learn how to market my work is that it takes the fun out of creating.
My vision for my art was always to be a recluse, live in a house and just write and play my guitar everyday😂 i need to remind myself it can still be fun

I'm thinking about when I release my music, just using my website to sell it. I'm not going to be able to billions of streams you need to make a living, but maybe just curate a small community. It might mean more to me as well, but I dont know anything about the music biz😎🤷
