Yeah I canβt see them actually living up to it. And it all comes down to culture, if the advisors donβt care about the company then this just wonβt work.

Iβve just been through the pain with my 75 year old neighbour who just wanted to change the name on an EE account and has been through the wringer with no internet, new equipment, multiple advisors and lots of tears. No actual customer service.
I mean calling up customer service and them taking responsibility for an issue feels like basic customer service, but they want a pat on the head for it. And to launch it as a major campaign.
