I don't like to talk about politics much. I already have so much daily anxiety and high blood pressure, and I just can't bear the addition of political talk amplifying these. But I can't just ignore it either. As someone from the USA, I am really feeling pretty scared.

Thankfully, I don't normally have trouble sleeping. There are some nights here & there but they are few. The study was for possible sleep apnea. I have high blood pressure & my doctor says it can be a cause. I felt pressure to get enough sleep which made me not able to sleep because I was anxious 😩

I managed to fall asleep for 4 hours. The info on the kit said I need 6 hours... But I guess I'll see what the doctor says 😩

I saw your post... That's awful. Stomach bugs are one of my biggest fears 😔

I'm doing a home sleep study.. And I can't sleep for the life of me 😭
