It’s bloody social media. I’m of an age where we got every vaccine going, was seen as a medical miracle. I got measles and mumps before there was a vaccine, cannot recommend. I remember it even as a toddler, mum wrapped the ceiling light in brown paper to protect my eyesight.

We're trying different restaurants here on our unplanned second holiday (not moaning!). A beach place tonight, chairs sinking in the sand. Local jumbo prawn red curry with coconut sambal and naan (in reality grilled pitta, it's not a naan nation).
I had trouble climbing the ropes in PE.
Watching an elderly chap shin up a coconut palm. He chips at the flower stalk with a machete-like tool then covers the end with a terracotta pot. He's collecting the sap to make jaggery. If he ferments it, he can make coconut vinegar, a staple of Sri Lankan cooking.

Seriously Rob, it's mental. All the far Eastern airlines booked solid with folk coming back from Oz. We are lucky compared to others so I'm not moaning.
It's a big hit financially A, but we're safe and content. Better this than being stuck in Doha. P can work from here, so all's well. Sick of my suitcase contents though!
