Asuka Kenzan is that Shiren The Wanderer Gaiden Mystery Dungeon game on dreamcast/windows btw
Its an extremely hard game and it doesnt have a full English translation yet (though it has a partial one i think) but if you like mystery dungeon games I recommend trying it if you ever get the chance

Okay, im having a blast with Dramatic Dungeon Sakura Wars from the bit I played today. I can see why some wouldnt like it since its way easier than mystery dungeon games but after playing some Asuka Kenzan (which has since become my fav in the series. Gotta play more.), its kind of a nice breather.

Well just in time, this arrived so I think I know what I'll be playing next

I finished Sakura Wars Story: Mysterious Paris tonight.
It kinda feels bad to play as a point and click. Cursor is too slow, everything is a hunt for tiny pixels even if you're clicking the correct object.
However, the writing is really neat. I enjoyed it a lot and overall liked the game.

Unfortunately because of the gameplay problems (among other weird problems), its hard to recommend this game. Is it a good game? I dont know. Do I like the game? Yeah, I like it quite a bit tbh.

I loved playing through the grace segments late at night with headphones and the lights off; it was dope. Capcom has really nailed the audio design for these games. Sounds incredible with headphones on.

The 1998 official site for Nintendo Australia had a deliberately silly aesthetic with small animations and edits to official renders. For the "HELP" button, Yoshi's pupils were made smaller than usual to give him a "concerned" expression, as though in need of help.
