Yes indeed that it is.
Orange was the colour for the rt’s. Ford xa, xb’s burnt orange was big too. Bathurst’s taken some adjustment but looking to the pluses its still Aussie in many ways. Don’t know if it’s your thing but who can knock the gt3 class either. I wavered with holden and ford like I wouldn’t with my football.
It was mostly all holden and ford wasn’t it. The old holden plant’s 5 minutes away from me. We had truly world class manufacturing capacity. I didn’t appreciate how good the vals actually were. Yep, thankfully they’re being restored and cared for here and there.
Nice choice. I might see you at the auction then. But I tell you what. If it’s cream and black it’s all yours ok. Mine was a gold 76 xb v8 coupe with a 4 speed top loader. It was low, 265 rubber at the rear, really suited the shape. Have had a few dreams about it over the years.
Nice car and some wise parking skills. Your probably right, they’re absolute classics. I’ve let a few cars go which I didn’t appreciate at the time myself. Certainly regret selling them now.
