Like maybe you could just spend the city trial going for a set stat spread based on your vehicle of choice. Like giving paper star a lot of defense and hp so it can actually fight, while BC gets only a couple boost and turn or something like that

I think it'd be neat for there to be a dedicated battle mode in air riders. Like I wanna play dustup derbies but with predetermined stats so that there's more of a strategy to it and not just "I got 14+ offense and a battle chariot shake my hand"
