I played the demo on the Switch a few days ago out of morbid curiosity... I'm likely gonna skip out unless it's on sale for like 10 bucks or something. It's basically a Michael Bay videogame.

From my experience, it depends how powerful the games you're playing are; If it's something simple like Pokemon FR/LG, it lasts a decent while... but something like FF7 Remake really drains the battery.
