Finished up homework 4 of Chris Bohm's houdini course (houdini-course.com). This one stumped mea little, I had the right ideas to create the group of points on top, but I couldn't figure out the extrusion and make it look good so I cheated a little and looked at his video explanation
Homework #5 of Chris Bohm's Houdini Course (houdini-course.com) to recreate halftones turned out pretty simple and I managed it completely on my own without looking anything up, so I'm proud of it ๐ช Not very flashy, but I used a frame from my fave movie Hara-kiri since it works best with b&w images

I had fun redrawing one of my first character concepts done in game art school over a decade ago! I definitely learned a lot, even though I mainly practiced 3D over these 10 yrs.
It feels nice sometimes to sit back & appreciate the progress in our own art journey. Looking forward to 10yrs from now!
