Closest term I can think of for nongendered generalized dysphoria is what the Japanese call denpa. Isolation, anomie, feeling like you’re slightly out of phase with reality. I’m on my own wavelength, and there’s no help for that.
The self-loathing I live with has no cure. I’m glad there’s a light at the end of the tunnel for those with gender dysphoria. I spent the longest night this winter seething “I hate my life” out loud to myself over and over. Everyone has their battles.
