This guy is pretty terrible but a lot of his online presence is very obviously attention-seeking.
@ratelimitexceeder
The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil (Mon Mothma, Andor). The secret fear of the morally depraved is that virtue is actually common (Adam Serwer). Sh*tposts and takes on politics, movies, culture, whatever.

Lmao using the RCP average is a choice here.
I see them more as a statement of beliefs and to reassure some minority groups that they're welcome/not alone. I'm straight but always oddly reassuring to be in a very conservative part of the country and see one of these signs/a pride flag.
If you want people signaling in public ("In this house we support ...") you want them to signal in a direction we agree with. These signs were so effective that Republicans starting printing knock-off versions. I'd also guess these signs are strongly correlated with actual trans rights support.
I have been trying to tell you guys the overriding trait of Joe Rogan is that he's not very smart. He's not really our opponent.
Once again, once you've ended modern civilization in Iran, who's getting the oil out? If all you wanted was cheap gas, why bomb Iran to begin with?
False spring hitting us hard here in the greater DMV.
MOOOOOOOOOM THE ENEMY IS VOTING AGAIN
Operation Lack of Planning on your Part Doesnβt Constitute an Emergency on my Part
I saw WildPartyInviteDecliner personally escorting 100 oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz
his hair was perfect
Yeah idk what's really going on here as the markets have been quite erratic in general around his behavior but I also think there is a tendency to try to buy lowish because as we saw Sunday night once the panic sets in prices will skyrocket.
Oil opened at $90 and is now $87 despite dropping all the way to $78. Seems like markets are slowly wising up.
Important to understand Iran does not need to export oil to keep its subsistence economy going. It's the only thing they have too much of. What they need is food and water, so if you start bombing say, water treatment and desalination plants, they're gonna hear that message loud and clear.
Everything about how Trump et al have acted since this thing started suggests they are just winging it.
Okay but after we level Iran how are we getting the mines out? P.S. rendering Iran's oil supplies unextractable is just as bad as mining the Strait!
I remember there was some minor libertarian political figure who was entrapped by the feds for meeting up with an alleged child prostitute (actually a fed).
Someone in the comments said "the feds could try to entrap me this way and they'd always fail."
hormuz george says fake news the strait is good for sailing and the sun is shining
"Middle class" in the 50s and 60s was extremely geographic (concentrated in the Northeast + unionized rust belt), even moreso than the upper-middle class is now.
Rumors about hormuz george's outlierness completely false
Everything's fine over here, how are you?
Guys I just personally escorted 100 oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz. Waters are warm and peaceful! Oil can be $60 a barrel again!
"Posting about this on Bluesky"
AI has been pitched as a mass unemployment machine. People donβt like being fired with no prospects.
It definitely seemed like Mamdani tried to imply the ISIS guys were in fact right-wingers on first go and then just sorta quietly moved on with a blanket condemnation. Sleazy but not exactly the endorsement of ISIS violence the critics want to say it is.
It's simple. Just announce the war is over every morning before the stock market opens. Then right after it closes double down with threats of an even bigger, longer war.
Just do this every day forever. The war and the market siloed off in two alternating realities that never meet.
Kinda grim but I do not think the cost of robot purchase and maintenance will be smaller than the cost of paying guys below minimum wage, at least for a little bit. But yeah, if we ever get robotics the shitty simple labor is going first.
someone at the pentagon frantically typing βClaude, open the strait of Hormuz for me, quickest possible strategy, make no mistakes.β
Guys this is less than 1% of the DOD's budget. And also pretty routine food spending.
"It's simple, if you were the inventor of Moltbook, you'd have invented Moltbook."
As it turns out AI did not eliminate all coding work.
