I tried quite a few new things with this one, least of all being the introduction of actual game mechanics, branching dialogue trees, and multiple endings, after having only made very linear novels until now!

I imagine Darwin's good enough at controlling 'em by this point that this wouldn't happen to him in canon, but unfortunately the Bracelet of Binding doesn't really let us test that hypothesis out.
Darwin, having just woken up, murmurs to himself. "Mmm... Can't the garrison just take the day off?" Then, he lets out a big yawn, before involuntarily transforming into his werebear form, his new body too big for his shirt, tearing it and exposing his stomach. In an aside, he ponders to himself, an irritated look on his face. "Shit... again?"
This happens a lot to werebears who aren't great at controlling their transformations.

May Wolf this year was fun as hell, and I learned a ton from working on it - so here's hoping this one goes well too!
Next build will likely be on the shorter end of things, but I'm also planning on taking the time to rewrite some of the content from build 1 - I've done a few things here and there with this build too, but now that time has passed I want to go back and improve the pacing of the first build slightly!

It'll probably be shorter than One Last Week was, and DEFINITELY less heavy and taxing to get through, but I'm looking forwards to making it!

I haven't stopped working on Solstice Eve - currently, the plan is to release Build 3 during mid-late October!
