AI tool helps predict treatment success in rectal cancer patients AI can predict how well patients with rectal cancer will respond to treatment by analysing standard tissue samples taken during diagnosis, finds a new study from researchers at UCL and UCLH.

She coined the term "radioactivity" & discovered the elements radium and polonium. Her research revealed that radiation could destroy diseased cells more rapidly than healthy ones, which has paved the way for its use in targeted cancer treatments. (2/4)
