I was invited last summer by some young people here in NYC to be part of a multi-day convening. The vast majority of the young people were college students or had recently graduated. They spoke about the Gaza protests in searing ways. Many were TRAUMATIZED and cried as they spoke. Some were still+
And thanks to people like you, their protests weren't as impactful as they could have been. Why would they continue putting themselves on the line?
Those students found out none of their universities had their backs and would in fact expel them, have them arrested, and have them deported. Those students have been targeted relentlessly by the federal government.
