Well actually rebooked myself with OS/LH on the return (since Sunday they should flight).
I cancelled, I have screen capture it should be full refund, I might fight for my Upgrade Bid refund. Then I rebook another city not served by LHG :D Hotel was fully cancellable anyway.
Business call center refused to book. It is kafkaesque : on the app/MMB It says "Courtesy policy for change", I can refund the full amount (it is an eco light non refundable, not flexible), no rebooking option. Agent says system says the flight will operate, no refund possible, no rebooking possible
Live Chat (human, not AI) refuses to rebook ....
I can cancel for free, website and app already propose me that. But no rebooking option. LX or OS are Triple the price now

The Cologne-Belgian/Netherlands services are currently the most affected by cancellation and delays, since the last 4 years. Forecast are that the situation will not be better for some more years. So while it looks good on paper, I am very skeptical of recommending or using it.
