It may also be a case of the 'deadline' of going to bed making you more motivated? I find a similar thing with my projects, both personal and for university.

Not this particular ad, but I swear this kind of thing is ALL I get on Tumblr. Sometimes with furry-bait versions of obvious characters like Dogday and Rambley.
I get not explaining the situation, that's up to them, but would you be willing to DM me a link to the art of theirs that you have?
This post might single-handedly get me into MHA.
It can be a bit nerve-wracking waiting to know whether you've been accepted or not, but I think that's still a lot more comfortable than having to go to the artist directly if you're not the best with social situations.
