Just having an intention doesn't exempt anyone from responsibilities. Why is it that some people think they can apologize, but then they keep getting away with what they've been doing? Sometimes, the mind's psychology can be a phenomenon. No, let's not just cast the word narcissist onto a person.
For those who like to apologize but don't change their behavior, that is not the defining behavior of an apology. Apologies mean YOU CHANGE THE WAY IN WHICH YOU OPERATED that created you to apologize. Otherwise, it's just words that mean nothing. This is also where actions mean more than words.
