I thought I did a pretty good job of charming the person taking mine last time I renewed, but then there was a horrible moment where I said ‘Can I just email you a good one I already have?’ I knew it was possible; she knew it was possible. But no: the webcam.

Absolutely typical of you to leverage your position like this, Jeremy. Not everyone has the time and money to sit around “”reading”” all day !!!!
