Forgot my lunch at home and there are no places to get food around the building in time for my lunch break so I guess I’m just having some of the free lil chips and gummies offered today.

I don’t know how to properly describe it, but I’ll inhale as much as I can to the point where I’m also swallowing air, then I’ll continue to hold it while I take a small drink of water. I’ll hold it a lil more then release the air and that’s what gets rid of them for me.
