Our comprehensive analysis reveals complex changes in the distribution, origin, and phenotype of multiple synovial immune cell types.
We demonstrated that obesity has a distinct and synergistic impact on the progression of injury-induced OA by altering molecular, cellular, and architectural changes in the synovial joint.
