I’ve been saying this all along- the increase in diagnosis is due to better understanding/testing, social/media info & knowledge, more people getting tested etc *not* because we ‚fancy it’. And yes- massively underdiagnosed in my working/professional experience.

Absolutely our experience- going private made everything worse. To get the prescription restarted (due to NHS refusal to continue after 5 years of providing medication) would cost us upwards of £900, and no commitment going forward for the NHS for shared care, as previously agreed. It’s inhumane.
Not weaponised, they educated themselves where Cass didn’t. They took a woman with NO experience in the field, told her the outcome they wanted & she wrote it. You’ve let trans kids down, as evidenced by the FOI to the T&P- how many LGBTQIA+ kids have died since the block. Shame on you, Cass et al.
They’re organised and have money, backers and time. What they don’t have is a sense of morals, ethics, compassion, understanding, education or humanity.
