is there just no humans working at twitch support anymore?
Have spent weeks going back and forth getting absolutely nowhere.
They're attempting to charge my card almost every day for subs i've cancelled, twitch turbo etc. I've removed all my payment options and yet it continues.
yeh I hate that too, fallout 4 was bad for it but thankfully someone modded the full dialogue into it.
Frustrating when a platform full of great folks is let down by frankly lazy and greedy lack of customer support. Because there doesn't appear to be any resolution incoming I have no choice but to disconnect my paypal from the platform completely and probably just not spend money on it anytime soon.
Twitch support is absolutely atrocious. I have been getting emails every morning now for better part of a week, and they have tried to take $ out of my paypal each day. I have no subs to renew. Their email support just gives copy paste answers from the FAQ that are not relevant to my issue.

also 4. a 'silent follow' button. sometimes I want to follow someone without getting put on blast with all the bells and whistles streamers sometimes have, I like that streamers do it but sometimes i'd like the option to still follow but not scream about it.
3. ability to follow 'tags' ie LGBT just like you can categories, and also 'block' or 'not interested' in other tags.
2. categorise your live channels sidebar so you can list them by subscribed, favourites etc. and also give us more power to control how they're ranked, i constantly have people i rarely watch at the top of my list and people I watch regularly at the bottom.
features on Twitch i'd like as a viewer:
1. upcoming stream schedule - clean it up so it auto cleans scheduled streams from streamers who haven't gone live in a while and don't use that time. Integration into gmail/other calendar services. Ability to expand how many 'upcoming streams' you can see.
I cannot express enough to you all how much I want Adobe bullied off this platform.

@alastaircampbell2.bsky.social from a consumer standpoint, long ads like the one this week boil my blood and completely turn me off of whatever is being pushed. Again, appreciate the need for them but intrusive and annoying.
I enjoy @therestpolitics.bsky.social but the 5 minute ad on this weeks Question Time really left a sour taste in the mouth. I fully appreciate the need for ads but I would ask Fuse energy in particular if it isn't more effective and less outputting to ask for just a quick mention at the start.

Really glad to hear Labour(NZ) today talk about shifting the focus onto cost of living in particular. Their big conference just last month was deeply problematic and didn't spotlight any of the issues top of mind for most NZ'ers.
